Agency Chef – Daytime Hours with weekends off in Uxbridge

* £19.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
* Monday to Thursday, 7am – 3pm
* Daytime shifts only – no evenings or weekends
* Potential to go temp-to-perm for the right person
What you’ll be doing:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll be working within a staff restaurant environment, catering for 40-45 covers daily. You’ll prepare breakfast and lunch service, including a salad bar, hot main and vegetarian options, plus baguettes made to order. You’ll be working mostly on your own with the support of a part-time Catering Assistant.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing breakfast and lunch for staff service
* Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
* Managing the kitchen during service, including food safety and hygiene
* Collaborating with the Catering Assistant to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment
* Comfortable working independently in the kitchen
* Ability to manage time effectively and deliver great food for a smaller service
* Available from 1st September until the end of December, with the option to stay on permanently
