Restaurant Manager – Work/Life Balance & Daytime Hours in Andover

What you’ll be doing:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy restaurant, managing a team of around 30 staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example with a hands-on approach, from stock takes to making coffees and serving customers
• Ensuring service standards and food hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Communicating effectively with your team to create an efficient, supportive environment
• Managing staff rotas and overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth service

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Andover with a background in hospitality or high-volume catering environments. You’ll need:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant or café
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A proactive and positive approach, comfortable being hands-on in all areas of the operation
