General Manager | Great Missenden | up to £65,000
We are looking for a General Manager for a flagship Gastro Pub in Great Missenden. This is a great role for an experienced manager who wants to lead a high-volume, food-led business.

Your Responsibilities
As General Manager, you’ll be in charge of the business. You will be responsible for:
- Growing sales in a high-volume, food-led environment.
- Building and leading a large, engaged team.
- Creating sales-driving activities, including events and social media.
- Ensuring the offer is executed flawlessly and guest service is exceptional.
- Managing the business financially to ensure profit growth.
- Handling all aspects of licensing, food, and health & safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For
We need a proven General Manager with a strong background in food-led businesses. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of growing sales.
- Experience running a large team.
- The ability to coach and guide a team to get the best out of them.
- Financial management experience.
- The ability to plan sales and cost lines.
