What you’ll be doing:

You’ll lead the guest experience from start to finish, acting as the go-to concierge and ambassador for this high-end retreat in Bridport. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all guest communications from enquiry to post-stay
• Creating personalised schedules, experiences, and activity bookings
• Proactively handling feedback, special requests and guest needs
• Supporting CRM accuracy, GDPR compliance and upsell opportunities
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B and Grounds to deliver 5-star service
• Supporting event delivery, marketing activations and guest communications
• Providing insight reports to help improve operational delivery

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role with evening and weekend shifts as part of the rota.

• Experience in concierge, guest relations, or luxury hospitality
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving and coordination skills

• The ability to multitask across departments and deliver to a high standard
