Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning boutique Hotel in Lyndhurst and are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join their award-winning spa.

What’s involved?

As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all spa facilities.

You will assist the Spa Manager in day-to-day operations, overseeing the spa housekeeping team, and ensuring all areas – including treatment rooms, changing facilities, relaxation lounges, and wet areas – are maintained to impeccable standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, managing inventory of linens, towels, and spa amenities, and ensuring all health and safety protocols are strictly followed. You will also be involved in the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a pristine and luxurious environment for all guests.
