Experienced Head Chef for a renowned Italian restaurant in Milton Keynes! Drive consistency, mentor a team, and shape menus blending classics with innovation.

This role requires strong leadership to develop junior chef

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency in every dish.
• Maintain Italian flavours while incorporating new and exciting ideas.
• Oversee menu development, collaborating with senior leadership.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and health & safety.
• Train, mentor, and develop the next generation of chefs.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team for an exceptional guest experience.
