What will you be doing?

As our Relief Nursery Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing tasty and wholesome meals for up to 50 young children. This is a fantastic chance for someone seeking work that fits around other commitments or who enjoys the variety of relief work.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Cook, ideally within a nursery, school, catering, or similar setting.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent is essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prepare meals efficiently.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for producing appealing and nutritious meals for children.
• A positive and adaptable attitude, with strong teamwork skills.
• A genuine interest in the well-being of young children.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be registered on the Update service.
