We are also keen to hear from experienced Senior Sous Chefs ready for their next step up.

As the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the culinary vision of this popular Islington, London restaurant. You will have the opportunity to shape the menu alongside an Executive Head Chef, mentor your team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality 3 AA Rosette level dishes.

Your responsibilities will include seasonal menu development, staff leadership and management, supplier relations, hiring and training, collaborating closely with restaurant management and innovation.

We are looking for a Head Chef (or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up) with:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a very busy restaurant or gastro pub environment with a minimum of 3 AA Rosette recognition.
• A strong passion for food and culinary excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proven track record in menu development and cost control.
• A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
