What’s involved?

A 30 seat fine dining restaurant using the best and ethically sourced British produce. Serving a small a la carte and a seasonal tasting menu for those who are staying within the uniquely styled bedrooms
You will be working with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Following their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
• Innovating in creating new dishes
• Showcasing the best and most ethical British produce available.
