Package: up to a £46,500 package

The successful candidate will be joining a business with a strong traditional philosophy and a highly experienced award-winning team driving for the highest standards of food and service.
You will be working with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
• Acting as a leader in absence of the head chef
• Training and mentoring other chefs
• Setting the standards for the rest of the kitchen
• Innovating in creating new dishes
