• Assisting the General Manager with all departments of the Hotel including events, Restaurant & Rooms
• Staff supervision and training
• Relationship building
• Delivering company standards in all areas

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager
• Resilient, creativity, able multitask and can work under pressure
• Ability to lead and develop their team
• Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
