Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary / Rate of pay: From £13.50 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a boutique hotel in the Orkney Islands and seeking an immediate Housekeeping Supervisor to support the team on an ongoing basis, with the potential to lead to permanent.

What’s involved?

• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be expected to support and assist the Head Housekeeper with the daily operations, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness & hygiene throughout the bedrooms and public areas of the hotel
• Allocate duties to the housekeeping assistants and inspect their work carried out, as well as assist in any cleaning if required due to absences
• Complete all other duties as required

Proven experience as a hotel Housekeeping Supervisor is preferred and ideally from a smaller property, as opposed to a large operation. Most importantly, you must be immediately available with no prior notice or holidays, able to work full time, and as the placement will be ongoing, this has the potential to lead to permanent.
