Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a Michelin star restaurant within a stunning luxury hotel in West Sussex and they are in need of an Agency Sous Chef to assist them for 6 to 12 weeks

There is a choice of menus for diners incorporating these stunning ingredients along with trusted suppliers.

You will join a large team of chefs ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Please note: Experience at 3 AA Rosette or Michelin is essential along with the willingness to meet with the General Manager before the assignment begins.
