What’s involved?
At this fast paced, high end hotel you’ll mainly be supporting the restaurant crafting stunning desserts and afternoon tea’s. You’ll also be supporting any weddings or events within the hotel working with the team as they teach you all the tips and tricks to producing immaculate pastry dishes. You’ll be work split shifts for 5 days, 0900-1500, 1800-2300.
