What’s involved?
As breakfast chef you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the day-to-day running of this section.
Chef de Partie standard skills are required or relevant prior breakfast operations skills.
Setting up the section, taking deliveries & preparing the hotel for lunch service essential along with routine opening procedures. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but this does present an opportunity to learn all aspects of fine dining from an exceedingly skilled team.
