Our clients, a successful and well know local supplier of meat products, are currently looking for a senior butcher to join their busy shop operation. Based in Brighton, this butchers offers fresh produce to both customer and local business. Hours for the role are 06:30 – 17:00.
What’s involved?
As the new senior butcher, you will be working in between the main kitchen and front of house shop, whilst doing this your duties will be to prepare and supply both individual customers and local companies within the catering sector. You will be reporting to the shop manager and working within the busy kitchen, working on a butchers block.
