Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with newly open café/ restaurant based in the heart of Fareham. This brand-new site will be a main attraction for the local client as well as avid theatre goers.

Opening early October this site will host a buzzing daytime café along side a grab and go style outlet.

No Live-in accommodation with this role.

Set in the middle of Fareham town centre, this brand-new site will offer coffees and light bites in its daytime café, as well as a restaurant menu. It will also offer a grab and go style food service that will be focused on “street food”, a mixture of pan Asian style bites.

Due to the nature of the venue, it will be mostly daytime hours, and you will be working with a small team.

What’s involved?

As the Head chef you will manage your small but skilled brigade, making sure all aspects of the kitchen are up to the company standard.

You will manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff training, and maintaining the highest levels of food safety. You will work closely with the group head chef on improving the food offering and making sure the menu is seasonal and modern.
