What’s involved?
As Night Manager you will be responsible for the overall night operations of a busy boutique hotel, from performing all tasks including the running of night audit using Opera to dealing with guests queries and complaints, whilst supporting and leading the night team to ensure excellent customer service is given at all times.
We are looking for either an experienced Night Supervisor who is looking for their first Managerial role or a Night Manager who is looking for that 5 Star environment and to grow within a business that prides itself on career development. Previous hotel experience is essential with a knowledge of Opera and flexible to work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern from 8pm to 8am.
