This hotel has great potential and looking to the future, would like to regain 2 Rosettes in one of their restaurants, but would like to get these naturally and not push quickly to get them.

As a Sous Chef with our client, you’ll play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable culinary experience for the customers. Your passion for food and creativity will shine as you collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to craft delectable dishes.
Your responsibility will encompass everything from preparing ingredients and coordinating kitchen operations to manage food presentation and ensuring high standard of quality and hygiene.
