Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands best resorts in near Enniskillen and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Sous Chef to join their team in the 3 rosette Catalina restaurant

Working with the Executive Head Chef and the Executive Sous Chef you will help create menu’s for the 3 rosette Catalina restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award winning meats, fish and cheese fresh from surrounding area.
