Package

• Salary £41,000 per annum
• Service Charge – Approx £5,000 per annum
• 40 hour weekly contract
• Overtime paid

What we’re looking for:

Longevity is key and our client is only interviewing Junior Sous Chefs that have stayed at least 1 year in most of their previous positions.

Training and development are encouraged, and you will ideally have experience working to a 2 or 3 AA Rosette level or a similar 5 star hotel.

What’s involved?

To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge and ability to manage a section with minimal supervision and confidently supervise and train junior chefs.

The hotel offers a range of dining options from their modern, contemporary main restaurant to world famous afternoon teas, busy bars and more.
