You will be working with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Following their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
• Assisting in the innovation of creating new dishes bespoke for specific clients
• Showcasing the area’s best produce
• Covering the Head chef when needed
